Research Plan, Investigation Scheme, Implementation Path and Results Application

Location: Peking University Graduate School of Education

On April 25, 2019, the 5th session of KingLead International Education Symposium on Cultivation Mechanism for International Innovative Talents and International Comparison Research was successfully held in Peking University Graduate School of Education. The participants are mainly members of the research group, including experts and scholars from Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, Peking University Graduate School of Education, Beijing Institution of Education, South China Normal University and relevant members from KingLead Research Institute. The representatives discussed and reached a consensus on the phased Research Plan, Investigation Scheme, Implementation Path and Results Application. Research topic will focus on economic analysis of international education supply and demand, quality model and measurement of innovative talent, students' academic and career development, governance and evaluation of international schools as well as the integration and innovation of international curriculum. The research group will implement national sampling survey and the final results will be released by the form of academic papers and monographs.

In this session, the research progress and the outcomes of KingLeadIES were summarized and reviewed. It proposed the future direction of special subject and the goal to be achieved. The phased research plan, research object and method of the subject were also well clarified. Simultaneously, the research group will cooperate with more domestic and foreign experts and scholars to promote the project, facilitate the development of China's education, and contribute to the cultivation of more innovative talents.
